I’m more concerned I can’t read the street signs so I can’t tell exactly where you are, looks like old Milton parkway if I had to guess. But that rust doesn’t look deliberate, beause it looks like the trunck is in a state of distress as well, and that look unintentional

Toyota, Ford and a few others around the late 90's early 2000's had a real bother with their clearcoats in regards to UV damage. This Car lived its live entirely in the sun.

My brother’s echo has always been parked in a garage so I don’t understand how the hood, roof and trunk have almost no clear coat left. I think paint quality in early 2000's left a lot to be desired on most manufacturers.
